A Wonderful Hub for Exploration

central location easy access convenient transportation
The central location allowed easy access to various attractions. I could easily walk to Marina Bay, Chinatown, and Clarke Quay. The nearby bus stop offered convenient transportation throughout the city, it was SO useful!
The room did lack a window, this made it rather dark during the daytime.

The room was clean and well-kept. The bed provided great comfort. I liked the ample cupboard space and the inclusion of a kettle and fridge, all these were great.

The staff was friendly and ready to assist. I appreciate their help with directions. I had no communication issues at all. it was a good experience.

A thai restaurant was conveniently located next door. I also found a 7-Eleven supermarket nearby. This made it easy to grab quick meals. These amenities added to the convenience.

convenient access polite staff reliable wifi
the bus stop is directly outside the hotel entrance it provides convenient access to various bus lines. the staff are very polite they are always ready to help with directions. i found the wifi to be fast and reliable it helped me plan my daily trips.
the room was a bit small it only had space for sleeping

convenient location helpful staff luggage storage
i found the location quite convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff provided helpful answers to my questions and even ordered taxis for me. i appreciated having storage available for my bags both before and after my stay.
there was a constant noise of water in the bathroom, a bit bothersome.

The room was a great size with a comfy bed and air con. The WiFi worked perfectly. The location was really good near two MRT stations. It was a 15 min walk to the Marina Bay.
The room was small I found. There was no full length mirror available. Complimentary water was not in the room even though there was a water fountain on each floor.
